PAYMENT

Items are not guaranteed to be available until the customer receives a confirmation email from our store.

We try to keep our site up to date as much as possible.
However, if an item that you ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Orders received on Holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.

Please note that our listed shipping rates may not be accurate depending on the locations where the order is shipped from. We will contact you in the event that an extra shipping charge is required.

Orders are generally shipped the next business day (Mon-Fri) after they are confirmed.
Orders placed Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which provides you with a tracking number.
We require a signature on all package deliveries. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We may be able to process a Saturday delivery with the extra charges. Please indicate in the special order box and we will contact you for the extra charges.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sale items are final sale.

Returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days from the date of delivery including weekends and national holidays.
Items must be in their original condition (Unworn, unwashed, not tumble dried, not altered or tailored), and must be accompanied by the appropriate product tags and sales receipt.

Some items may come from our other locations, therefore, they must be returned to the store where the items originated from.

*Upon receipt of returned goods, 45rpm Online Store has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.

Please send the package back pre-paid, via traceable carrier and insure for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. We are not responsible for any missing packages. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping on exchanges.

We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded.

We will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

This online return policy only applies to items purchased through our website and not to other purchases (in-store, email order, phone order). Please kindly understand and contact us for further information.
